Lendspedia is a free loan comparison and lender-matching service. We help connect users with independent, third-party licensed mortgage lenders ("Lenders"). We are not a mortgage lender, broker, creditor, financial advisor, or credit counselor. We do not make loans, issue pre-approvals, guarantee loan terms, or provide financial or legal advice. Any decision regarding financing is solely between you and a licensed lending professional.
You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Any loan you obtain is subject to that Lender's own underwriting, terms, policies, and applicable law. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any loan agreement or interaction between you and a Lender.
By submitting your information and agreeing to the applicable consent language, you authorize us and the Lender(s) we match you with to contact you by phone, email, and SMS/text — including via automated technology and prerecorded messages — as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of obtaining any loan or using any service. You may opt out as described in the Privacy Policy.
Any rates, APRs, or loan terms displayed or referenced on the Site are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not guaranteed. Actual rates depend on your creditworthiness, property, loan-to-value ratio, income, and the underwriting criteria of each Lender. We make no representation that any rate displayed will be available to you.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LENDSPEDIA OR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY INTERACTION WITH A LENDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED [USD $100 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the prior 12 months]. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
